In the Culinary and Dining Unit, members and staff work together to cultivate healthy eating habits, and provide a restaurant-quality meal experience to the whole Clubhouse. Some of the work of the unit includes:

  • Planning a monthly menu, shopping for ingredients, and preparing meals
  • Tending to the fruits, vegetables, and herbs in the raised garden beds
  • Cleaning and maintaining kitchen appliances
  • Reaching out to connect with members of the unit via telephone calls and cards
